We are having such a blast continuing our small animal week! Today, the campers got a chance to interact and play with a variety of animals. Our hedgehog, Cloud, got lots of love and attention from our campers. The kids were amazed to learn that Cloud is five years old, even though hedgehogs are only supposed to live to be about three years old. The campers also got a chance to pet and learn about a leopard gecko. They enjoyed getting to feel the cool texture of its skin. All the campers did such a great job holding our animals today and we really enjoyed their thoughtful questions. We are so excited to have more small animals join us tomorrow!
