We had a whirlwind of a Fall Harvest day! Thanks to everyone who joined us on Saturday! The day was filled with riding and other fall festivities. Campers got to take a hayride to visit Dragon's (shhhh... don't tell anyone it was Lightning) Pumpkin Patch, pick a pumpkin, and decorate it to take home. We also had a costume contest for the horses! Each group got to brainstorm a theme and paint their horses into a costume! Dragon made another appearance to judge the costumes and hoof out treats!

Fall Colors at Camp
Hello from
Hoofbeat!
Hope everyone is
enjoying the beautiful fall colors - fall is in full swing!
The horses have
been enjoying some time out in their pastures (in between the rainy days).
They have spent some time in the barn too, because of the rain and cooler
temperatures. Their coats are starting
to get thicker in preparation for winter.
We have been
really busy here at camp. Our weekends have been booked with Mother/Daughter
camps, Girl Scouts, our yearly visit from Able Trek Tours, day camps, and other
riding groups. We are also starting to hire staff for next summer already!
Here are a few pictures
we got of the fall colors - enjoy!

Horse Lover's Day Fun!
Thanks to all of the staff and campers that joined us on Saturday for our Horse Lover's Day!
We had a great day riding, doing some arts and crafts, group games, a treasure hunt, and hanging out with our mini ponies. It turned out to be a perfect day - nice and sunny!
At the end of the day, we got photos of each of the groups. Thanks again for coming everyone!
