Another Hoofbeat summer has begun, and we are so excited to have campers here again after our great week of staff training!
Our first day of camp has been going very well, and everyone seems to be enjoying the day's activities. The horse science and riding classes are covering the basics today and in horse fun the campers are getting a chance to groom a horse. In the 'downhill' activities, everyone is having fun going on a scavenger hunt in nature, making pearler bead creations in arts and crafts, and playing 'Toxic River' in sports. This morning the groups all got a chance to spend some time learning each others' names and playing icebreaker games. We are sure many new friendships will be formed this week at camp!
